In compliance with the North Carolina Articles of Incorporation and as specified in section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, all assets and monetary contributions will be directed to Parallel Cultures, Inc. business account at Bank of America. All contributions, donations, and assets will be utilized for the sole purpose of the corporation’s current and future charitable endeavors, even in the circumstance of dissolution. The allocation of charitable contributions will be made public.
